Ai United Insurance Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Ai United Insurance Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to individuals who reside in the state of Texas.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The Giveaway is open to individuals who reside in the state of Texas and are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway begins when officially announced and ends on February 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period by requesting an auto insurance quote through one of the following methods (no purchase required): Online via the Ai United Insurance website. Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated.

WINNER SELECTION & PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to receive two (2) J Balvin concert tickets for the Rodeo. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prize details, including event date, seating, and ticket delivery method, will be announced as part of the promotion and are determined by Ai United Insurance.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & COMMUNICATION

Once the winner has been verified and has acknowledged receipt of the prize, Ai United Insurance may announce the winner on its official social media platforms. The selected winner must respond and provide the requested contact information, including email and phone details, within four (4) hours of being contacted by the Ai United Insurance team using the method associated with the entry. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

PRIZE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

Participants must provide accurate and truthful personal information. Entries submitted using false identities, fake profiles, or misleading information will be disqualified. Winners may be required to provide valid contact information solely for the purpose of prize verification and delivery. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize. The prize will be delivered digitally through the winner's AXS account after the winner has verified their information. In-store pickup is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the Sponsor.

TRAVEL AND EXPENSES:

The prize consists of event tickets only. All travel, transportation, lodging, parking, meals, and any other expenses associated with attending the event are the sole responsibility of the winner. Ai United Insurance does not provide or reimburse travel or related costs.

DISQUALIFICATION

Ai United Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: - Violates these Terms & Conditions - Engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior - Misrepresents their identity - Submits offensive, inappropriate, or brand-damaging content

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Ai United Insurance, which are final and binding. Ai United Insurance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if necessary, provided any changes are disclosed consistently with the original promotion.

Any content submitted by participants in connection with this giveaway may be used by Ai United Insurance for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Ai United Insurance assumes no responsibility for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Ai United Insurance, OSIX LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

By entering this giveaway, participants authorize Ai United Insurance to collect and use limited personal information solely for the administration of this promotion and related marketing communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
