Ai United Insurance Back-to-School Drive Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING SCHOOL SUPPLIES.

The Ai United Insurance Back-to-School Drive Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is intended to provide free school supplies to students while supplies last.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The Giveaway is open to residents of Houston and San Antonio, Texas. Parents, legal guardians, or individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age may complete the reservation form on behalf of a student.

Limit one (1) backpack and school supply package per student.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway reservation period begins when officially announced and ends on August 1, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Ai United Insurance reserves the right to end the Giveaway early if all available supplies have been distributed.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Eligible participants may reserve a backpack and school supplies by completing the official reservation form during the Giveaway Period.

Submitting the reservation form reserves a participant's spot but does not guarantee receipt of a backpack or school supplies. Distribution is subject to inventory availability and verification requirements. Supplies are limited and will be distributed while supplies last, with a limit of one (1) package per student.

Parents or legal guardians may reserve school supplies for eligible students in their household. Each student present at the event may receive one (1) backpack and school supply package, while supplies last.

GIVEAWAY ITEMS

Eligible participants may receive the following school supply package while supplies last:

• One (1) clear backpack or one (1) regular backpack
• One (1) pencil bag
• One (1) notebook
• One (1) folder

Ai United Insurance reserves the right to substitute items with products of equal or greater value if necessary.

Items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

PICKUP REQUIREMENTS

Reserved backpacks and school supplies must be picked up in person at the designated Back-to-School Event:

• Date: August 1, 2026
• Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST
• Location: Gamez Law Firm
• 2943 Mossrock
• San Antonio, TX 78230

Participants may be required to provide their name, confirmation information, or other identifying information to verify their reservation.

Backpacks and school supplies must be claimed during the designated event hours. Unclaimed reservations do not guarantee future pickup opportunities and may be forfeited at Ai United Insurance's discretion.

DISQUALIFICATION

Ai United Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information
• Misrepresents their identity or eligibility
• Engages in fraudulent or disruptive behavior
• Violates these Official Rules

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Ai United Insurance, which are final and binding.

Ai United Insurance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.

PHOTO AND MARKETING RELEASE

By attending the event, participants acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken. By participating, attendees grant Ai United Insurance permission to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Ai United Insurance, OSIX LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway or attendance at the event.

PRIVACY

By participating in this Giveaway, participants authorize Ai United Insurance to collect and use limited personal information solely for the administration of this promotion, event communications, and related marketing communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

All information submitted will be handled in accordance with Ai United Insurance's Privacy Policy
