Ai United Insurance Fest Spin the Wheel Giveaway — Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

The Ai United Insurance Fest Spin the Wheel Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Ai United Insurance, operated by OSIX LLC (“Sponsor”).

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the state of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of participation.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.

Participants must provide accurate and truthful information and comply with these Official Rules.

No purchase of an insurance policy is necessary to participate or win.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on October 15, 2026, and ends on November 25, 2026.

Only eligible participation occurring during the Promotion Period will qualify.

All physical prizes must be claimed by November 25, 2026, unless otherwise communicated by the Sponsor.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

The Spin the Wheel feature is available to eligible participants who access the online quote process through the designated Houston or San Antonio Insurance Fest advertisement or Giveaway webpage.

Participants must select “Get a Quote” through the designated Insurance Fest Giveaway webpage and complete the eligible online auto insurance quote process.

After completing the quote process and receiving their quote results, eligible participants will receive one (1) opportunity to Spin the Wheel.

Each eligible completed quote submission will count as:

• One (1) giveaway entry; and
• One (1) Spin the Wheel opportunity.

Limit one (1) Spin the Wheel opportunity per eligible quote submission.

Completing or purchasing an insurance policy is not required to participate in the Spin the Wheel promotion. Participants only need to complete the eligible quote process.

Attempts to obtain additional spins through fraudulent submissions, automated methods, manipulation of the website, false information, or other attempts to circumvent the Promotion rules may result in disqualification.

INSTANT PRIZE

After completing an eligible quote and spinning the wheel, participants will immediately see the result of their spin.

For purposes of this Promotion, “Instant Prize” refers to the participant receiving the result of the Spin the Wheel immediately after spinning.

Physical prizes are not delivered through the website and must be picked up at an eligible participating Ai United Insurance location.

$5 Gift Card prizes will be delivered digitally.

A “Better Luck Next Time” result does not award a prize.

SPIN THE WHEEL OPTIONS

Items displayed on the Spin the Wheel may include:

• 1 Car Freshener
• 2 Car Fresheners
• 1 Keychain
• 3 Keychains
• 1 Tote Bag
• 2 Tote Bags
• $5 Gift Card
• $100 Gift Card
• Better Luck Next Time

Certain promotional items may appear visually on the wheel without being available for selection while supplies last.

The appearance of an item on the wheel does not guarantee that the item is eligible or available to be awarded at the time of a participant's spin.

PRIZE SELECTION & RANDOMIZATION

Eligible prizes will be selected randomly through the Spin the Wheel system, subject to availability and the prize restrictions contained in these Official Rules.

Any prizes that are temporarily unavailable, have reached their inventory limit, or are not eligible on a particular date may remain visually displayed on the wheel but will not be selectable.

$5 GIFT CARD DIGITAL DELIVERY

Participants who win a $5 Gift Card will receive the prize digitally using the contact information associated with their eligible quote submission.

$5 Gift Card winners do not need to visit an Ai United Insurance location to receive their gift card.

Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact information.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delayed or unsuccessful digital delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information supplied by the participant. $5 Digital Gift Cards must be claimed and used within one (1) year of the date of issuance. After the applicable one-year period, the gift card will expire and will no longer be available for use.

Gift Card prizes are subject to eligibility verification before delivery.

PHYSICAL PRIZE PICKUP

Physical prizes, including car fresheners, keychains, and tote bags, must be picked up at a participating OSIX-operated Ai United Insurance location.

The system will use the ZIP code entered during the quote process to provide the participant with a suggested nearest participating Ai United Insurance location for prize pickup.

The participant's prize confirmation may display:

• Prize won
• Suggested nearest pickup location
• Store address
• Store hours
• Final claim date

Only participating OSIX-operated Ai United Insurance locations are eligible for physical prize pickup under this Promotion.

Physical prizes must be claimed on or before November 25, 2026, unless otherwise communicated by the Sponsor.

Any physical prize not claimed by the applicable deadline may be forfeited.

PRIZE VERIFICATION

Participants may be required to provide information at the time of prize pickup or fulfillment so that Ai United Insurance can verify the winning submission.

Verification information may include:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• ZIP code
• Confirmation Email
• Prize won

The information used to claim the prize must reasonably match the information associated with the eligible quote submission.

Ai United Insurance reserves the right to deny a prize claim if the participant cannot be reasonably matched to the corresponding eligible winning submission.

PRIZE CONDITIONS & AVAILABILITY

Prizes are subject to availability.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

Where permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an unavailable prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Images of prizes used in advertisements or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes. Actual prize appearance, packaging, size, design, or other characteristics may vary.

Participants are responsible for any expenses associated with traveling to and from a participating store to pick up a physical prize.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of receiving a particular result depend on the system’s prize-selection probabilities, prize availability, and applicable restrictions at the time of the spin.

The $5 Gift Card is awarded randomly and is available only on designated promotional days, subject to the limits stated in these Official Rules. Up to 21 $5 gift cards are available during the promotion, with a maximum of one awarded per designated promotional day.

A spin does not guarantee a prize, as “Better Luck Next Time” is a possible result.

DISQUALIFICATION

Ai United Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Official Rules or Terms and Conditions;
• Provides false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of spins;
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Spin the Wheel system;
• Uses automated methods, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to circumvent the Promotion rules;
• Attempts to claim a prize that was not legitimately awarded;
• Attempts to duplicate, transfer, alter, or falsify a prize confirmation; or
• Otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Promotion.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

Ai United Insurance is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or unsuccessful quote submissions or Spin the Wheel attempts resulting from internet interruptions, website errors, device incompatibility, telecommunications failures, technical malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.

If a technical issue, error, fraud, or other circumstance affects the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the affected portion of the Promotion.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions and the Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion.

Ai United Insurance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion when reasonably necessary due to circumstances affecting its integrity or operation, subject to applicable law.

Any material changes to the Promotion will be communicated as appropriate.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ai United Insurance, OSIX LLC, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

PRIVACY

By participating in the Promotion, participants authorize Ai United Insurance to collect and use information submitted through the quote and Promotion process for purposes that may include:

• Processing the requested insurance quote;
• Administering the Promotion;
• Determining Promotion eligibility;
• Recording Spin the Wheel results;
• Verifying and fulfilling prizes;
• Communicating with participants regarding their quote or prize; and
• Related marketing communications where permitted by applicable law.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications in accordance with the instructions provided in those communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Ai United Insurance's Privacy Policy.
